The Gangs Of Zir
Zir the capital of The Republic Of Mars since 2091. A huge city of contrast. In the High Districts of the city the rich deal in politics and intrigue. In the Low District the middle class work in offices that are grey and bleak . But on The Ground were the poor live gangs rule all. The police still have a weak foot hold but are being slowly pushed out. The Ground also changes people... After Element 119 was discovered in the bead rock everyone changed. Those with weaker fortitude died but those that survived discovered they're inner power... Magic!

[spoiler]The Black Widows-
A all female gang that was established by Sherine Trent. After her father raped her at the age of 14 she discovered her power. The ability to poison people with only a touch. She killed her father the same day. After that she fled home and disspeard off the grid. She reemerged six years later and founded The Black Widows. After only a year she held a big chunk of land in The Ground. The Black Widows deal in
Sapphire, Heroine and Black Poison. They also take protection money on many shops.
The Gun Smugglers-
The oldest gang in The Ground. They are currently being run by Red Wells who got the spot from his father. He is a cold calculating man they still hold the biggest turf of all the gangs but that might soon change. Smuggles weapons but dosent sell any drugs. Colleting protection money and illegal gambling bring in quite much money also.
Red Sands-
Also one of the new gangs on The Ground. It was founded by the Sandman who came to The Ground with a sandstorm. No one knows much about him except he is a powerful mage and a good leader. Red Sand sells
Saphire, RIP, Crows Eyes, Sand Man Sand, Mages Cowl, Heroine and Coke. Theyre dealers are the most numerous in Zir.
The Boys-
Another old gang. Used to be a all male gang but has changed its drafting curriculum allowing women in as well. Currently led by Carlton Scott. They are basically a muscel gang providing mayhem for all. They also sell the drug
Rank. Currently at war with The Black Widows.
And many more smaller gangs....

Diffrent Drugs:

Rank: A drug that makes the user unabol to feel pain. Prolonged usage will make people beast like as the drug attacks the neural system quite savagely.
Sapphire: The user falls into an instant vivid dream. Constant use of the drug may lead to blindness is hugely addicting.
Mages Cowl: Enhances the effects of Element 119 making you a stronger magic user or killing you quicker. Not addictive but weary dangerous if taken in even mildly large doses resulting in the power consuming the person in a manner of seconds.
Sand Mans Sand: A sleeping pill that produces dream less deep sleep. If a large dose is taken the subject either dies or falls into a coma.
RIP: Kills a man with zero pain.
Crows Eye: Lets you see visions that some claim are from the future. Is quite usual that people believe these visions and cant live with out them.
Black Poison: A poison meant to kill a man slowly a deliver as much pain as possible.
